Welcome to Vesta ("the Application"), developed by Jordy de Jesús García Sandoval ("the Developer"). By downloading, installing or using Vesta, you ("the User") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

Vesta is a personal finance management tool designed to help the User organize expenses, plan biweekly payments, and monitor interest-free installments (MSI).

We are not a bank: Vesta does not process payments, grant credit or handle real money.

Not financial advice: The information provided by the Application is for informational purposes only. The Developer is not responsible for financial decisions made based on data shown in the app.

The payment reminder feature operates through "Local Notifications" scheduled on the device.

Reliability: Delivery of these notifications may be affected by settings outside the Application, such as "Battery Saver" mode, operating system restrictions (Android/iOS) or permissions denied by the User.

Disclaimer: The Developer is not responsible for late fees, interest or financial harm resulting from a notification not received or ignored.

4. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use Vesta only for lawful and personal purposes. It is prohibited to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the Application's source code.
• Use the Vesta brand, logo or design for commercial purposes without written authorization.

5. Costs and Subscriptions

Currently, downloading and using Vesta is free.

Future Changes: The Developer reserves the right to introduce Premium features, subscriptions or payment models in future updates. Any change in pricing will be announced in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the design, source code, logos ("Vesta", "Financial Peace"), graphics and interfaces belong exclusively to Jordy de Jesús García Sandoval.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will be free of errors, bugs or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately after publication of the updated version of the Application.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
